This is track 11 from the album "Good Apollo, I'm Burning Star IV, Volume One: From Fear Through the Eyes of Madness"
The song is actually in 4/4 throughout, even though it sounds like the time turns around a couple of times during the verses. It's a very neat trick that Josh Eppard pulls off with the drum beat.
